Parkstone Baptist Church

Church despite Covid-19

Information

You are invited to join us any Sunday at Parkstone Baptist Church.
Sunday Services 10:30am and 6.30pm.

Parkstone Baptist Church is a member of the Baptist Union of Great Britain.

We exist for the glory of God and to be a living expression of the life and love of the Lord Jesus Christ. We seek to be a church full of people growing together on the word of God; living out the truth and love of Christ; and following Jesus in our everyday lives.

One of our aims is to be aware of the needs of our community, and where possible respond to those needs. At the same time, we actively reach into the local community with the gospel and seek to practically demonstrate the love of God.

We aim to ensure that prayer permeates all activities in the Church and alongside other times for prayer we have a weekly prayer service called Friday Prayers. This takes place every Friday at midday and lasts for about twenty minutes.

Baptism?

Have you considered baptism as a believer and follower of Jesus Christ?

If so, contact us. We will be glad to help you.

During the Covid-19 outbreak we will not be baptising anyone - not because we are afraid - but we because Christ's law of love means we have a duty of care. Maybe this is a time to think, to pray, to seek and see if Christ's call resonates in your heart and mind as it does in ours. When this is passed, maybe you could say, as a man did many years ago, 'Look, here is water! What is to stop me from being baptised?'
